Palestinian is a post 1973 war term made up to describe Jordanians who got their asses run out of the Gaza strip.

The Jewish diiaspora and Muslim migration (both more than 1000 years old) tend to muddle things, but the closest genetic relatives of the Middle Eastern Jews are Druze, Bedouin and Palestinians.

This is wrong. Palestinians are Arabs, Arabs did not exist in the area that would become Palestine until 700 years after Jesus died.

I believe there is plenty of evidence Israel existed in ancient times as Judea and Samaria and were for several hundred years united as Israel. 1948 RE-created Israel.

Europeans created stained glass windows depicting Jesus.
Any other culture who depicted Christ in stained glass windows probably depicted him as a part of their own ethnic group.
Coptic Christians often depict Christ as a black African.
It isn't a conspiracy. It's local people drawing what "people" looked like to them because they didn't have the internet and had probably never traveled more than 100 miles from their birthplace.
