If you buy a four-plex, it is considered residential property for purposes of a mortgage, which gets a lot of tax benefits.
Once you go above four units on one property, it is considered commercial property, and those tax benefits go away.

What kind of person can prosecute a former President and the Republican nominee for President on flimsy, ridiculous, and convoluted theories concerning financial crime - all while committing clear and extreme financial fraud herself? Audacity is too weak of a word. Complete lack of fear of being prosecuted?
