I would say 50/50 chance she gets charged.
She did things worse than she charged the trump corporation of doing.
It looks like she straight up broke the law.

James knowingly and purposely 100% committed MANY felonies in multiple states! Trump was falsely accused of over valuing his properties. If anything, Trump under valued his properties (which ALL of his lenders agreed), never missed a payment and in most cases paid the loans off very early. The bias agenda driven judge was so dishonest, he valued (out of thin air) Trump's Mar largo at less than 80M, the property real value is in the 500-600M range

It is too much to ignore. A state attorney general knowingly and willingly falsified mortgage documents to get better terms for a loan? You have to prosecute anyone in power who breaks the law. There aren’t two sets of laws.

Two she said it was 4 units when it is clearly 5
Three she listed the DC property as her primary residence, which is tough to do when legally you have to reside in NY to be AG
Her defense, she gave power of attorney to someone. It makes it actually worse, it means she knowingly was breaking the law and got someone else to do the dirty deed done dirt cheap for her.

Why would the acting AG give power of attorney to another when governing her own affairs?
