Are the callers on cspan normally this stupid? Judges cannot give opinions on possible cases. This is the 4th caller from NY saying she’s unfit for not breaking rules and giving an opinion before seeing a case.

The Democratic senators knew exactly what they were doing asking her all of those questions ACB refused to answer. They know a large portion of the American citizenry is too uninformed to understand why it would be a breach of decorum and procedure for her to answer them.

I just saw some twitter post complaining that ACB couldn’t immediately recite the five freedoms guaranteed by the First Amendment.
Talk about grasping at straws...she’s been reciting (from memory without any notes) extraordinarily detailed aspects of not only her previous cases and articles, but also those of Scalia and other past justices.
Moreover, she has sat through 3 straight full days of mundane, mostly loaded questioning, so calling her out for one little slip up is a massive reach.
She crushed it.

Democrats live and die by the polls and Amy is getting historically high poll numbers for popularity and acceptance by those polled.
The public has grown very weary of disparaging claims for political reasons. A smoking gun is more important now than ever. If there was any dirt on Amy, we’d have heard by now.

Doesn't appear to be. Four witnesses from each side are supposedly character witnesses. From what I heard on FOX this morning the four from the left side will be presenting abortion opinions and that kind of crap, i.e., more political posturing. After the witnesses get through each senator will have five minutes for "questioning", i.e., more political posturing.
Thank God ACB doesn't have to be there to hear it.
