With the possible exception of JFK, this Kennedy from Louisiana has honored the name more than any of the Massachusetts variety Kennedy's.

Nutshell version. Harris did a 10 minute stump speech about civil rights, and then tried to ask ACB several yes/no questions insinuating that ACB is a) racist and b) anti-science.
ACB slapped them back in her face.
Harris, of course, tried to act righteously indignant as this played out.
