Part of the deal that felons who receive good time parole or diminution of sentence is that they are still under the supervision of the state until all fines and fees are paid off. That is the price of getting out of prison early..paying for the costs of their supervision. Otherwise, they can stay their asses in prison and not get early release. They shouldn't be able to vote until they clear their obligations to society. It's not a poll tax, Spartacus.
