Look, I’m not big on forcing an opposing viewpoint or questioning every point ever made, but when something glaring sticks out, it is what it is. Obviously you have a valid point, on extremely “technical” grounds. But what you’ve pointed out, IMO, raises more questions about Desantis, and not necessarily in a positive way. Not a negative observation, but not positive either. I’m referring to the fact that Desantis didn’t endorse Walker until the literal day before the election. Does that not seem strange to you? It doesn’t immediately catch your attention? I feel confident in saying that that’s most definitely nowhere near in line with the typical endorsement scenario.

I’ll say this: it could very easily be viewed as Desantis having decided early on not to help, but perhaps at the last minute, having possibly received negative criticism for not helping yet and not helping along the way, that RD acted at the last possible moment only to save himself from forever being known as not assisting when his assistance was needed most. Just a thought.
