That's how most people are that hate their life. They argue constantly and generally despise their own existence and have to project those feelings onto others. It's pretty sad.

I’d rather be judged by 12 than carried by 6

The permits are not difficult to obtain or maintain. It seems that in most places in NY and outside NYC, the fee for a permit is about $200 every five years and that the permits are not difficult to obtain. Basically, you cannot be a felon.
Not difficult to obtain? Are you serious? (NYC firearm permit)

For starters you have to have a license to keep and buy one.
quote:

The process for obtaining a handgun license in New York City is long (between 3 – 6 months, and waits up to 8-10 months
The rest of the qualifications are incredibly difficult.
Serious question: Do you consider yourself to be proficient in reading and writing the English language?

This guy lived OUTSIDE the City. Everything I posted was EXPLICITLY limited to “outside NYC.”

And your entire response consisted of references to ordinances and procedures INSIDE the City.

Do you do not read and understand English, or are you either disingenuous or perhaps a complete farking idiot?

Deerfield, NY is podunk Upstate NY, not NYC.
Kino seems to be one of the geniuses who believe that NY and NYC are coextensive.

A law you have declared a "red tape" issue. Are there others you are good with deeming 1-4 year prison time felonies, or just those that may only be discovered in instances where one might be defending himself and/or his family?
The 1-4 years that I referenced earlier is applicable only if he is charged with felony possession. If he is charged with misdemeanor possession, there might not even be jail time, as I recall NY law.

Where's the dividing line on that?

Assuming he is subject to podunk juries, the prosecutor will want no part of a trial and will be fine with a plea and no time.

What made it illegal? Was the man a felon or was it due to a stupid NY gun law. Big difference

The odds of him being punished for an unregistered gun are slim to none in country-arse Oneida County.

I'm still confused by this story LINK

quote:

It was first reported as a home invasion on Walker Road Tuesday afternoon, but state police say the two killed did not enter the house

quote:

Patricia Anne was found dead in the home

Was she killed and then dragged inside?

This story does state that she was the male victims aunt.

Something is fishy here, that's for sure.
