You don't comprehend very well do you? The man was arrested for using what the government considers a felony.

Well this one is. It’s easy to follow, and New York has seen gun violence plummet in the last 25 years as a result of its reasonable gun policies.
Giuliana lowered the crime rate without resorting to passing a single gun law. If you actually believe New Yorks firearm laws are "reasonable" you need professional help.

That's been known for a long time.

No one should have to own anything legally if he is defending himself, his family or his possessions. That's my point.

Just like illegal immigrants right? Oh wait, let’s give them a license to drive.

Just because there is a law, does not mean it is just. I guess by your reasoning, you were fine with blacks going to jail for drinking out of the wrong water fountain or sitting in the wrong seat at a diner?
2 words: Bernard Goetz (wikipedia)
"Manhattan District Attorney Robert Morgenthau asked a grand jury to indict Goetz on four counts of attempted murder, four of assault, four of reckless endangerment, and one of criminal possession of a weapon.[56] Because they would have to be granted immunity from prosecution, neither Goetz nor the four men he shot were called to testify. The 23 jurors heard witnesses, considered the police report of the shooting, and studied transcripts and tapes of the sometimes conflicting statements Goetz made to police in New Hampshire.[16][57] The jury refused to indict Goetz on the more serious charges, voting indictments only for unlawful gun possession – one count of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, for carrying in public the loaded unlicensed gun used in the subway shooting, and two counts of possession in the fourth degree, for keeping two other unlicensed handguns in his home."
"He was acquitted of the attempted murder and first-degree assault charges and convicted of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree – carrying a loaded, unlicensed weapon in a public place."
"Goetz served eight months."

Liberals want the country in chaos. They want to harass and kill off any of the good left in this country..
You know, for most of my life we assumed that liberals were just stupid. As they have continued to make inroads and undermine our civilization I think more and more people are waking up to the fact that both their goals and methods are evil, not just dumb.
...and that's a good thing.

So do some here, my best friend up there and not to mention those on the gun forums I frequent.
Having said that why don't you tell us what part you found "reasonable."

Are you okay with the idea of a "red tape" issue possibly resulting in prison time for someone defending the life of him and his family in a manner that would otherwise be legal but for that red tape?

You're talking to an ardent conservative and a Ralph Abraham volunteer.

He should have thrown the firearm into the river, burnt his clothes and taken a clorox bath.
Then called the police and told them he came home and found 2 dead people in his house. Could they please come clean it up?

A law you have declared a "red tape" issue. Are there others you are good with deeming 1-4 year prison time felonies, or just those that may only be discovered in instances where one might be defending himself and/or his family?

Not sure what you're asking. Maybe just make your point and don't worry about interviewing me?
