Most police shootings are people who the officers are very familiar with. Cops roll up and see who it is and they get on alert. You frick around enough times and you eventually find out.

You might want to familiarize yourself with the legal definition of murder instead of repeatedly claiming it. After you do, ask yourself why do many different degrees? Why so many different statutes? Some of it is unavoidable.
If someone got into a car with a drunk illegal and got killed in a car wreck, that would be a “shite happens” moment.
Much like when a guy decides to interfere with federal law enforcement while armed.
Those are shite happens moments.
Going out for a jog and getting raped and murdered isn’t a “shite happens” moment. If you have any moral compass still pointing north, you’ll be able to ascertain the difference.
