What am I raging about though? Dude was still "unlawfuly killed" and not being a saint doesn't change that. Dude could be a complete a-hole and it still wouldn't matter. How does this not make sense to you?

Most police shootings are people who the officers are very familiar with. Cops roll up and see who it is and they get on alert. You frick around enough times and you eventually find out.

This board is certain it was lawful, including you likely. How did you determine that?

Its called an opinion dude.

He could’ve very well been unlawfully killed.

shite happens.

And it happens way more often when you jump into it.

Good to know your stance on it. According to Stout's current post on the PT board, 210 illegals have murdered someone since 2020? Would you chalk that up to "shite happens"? I bet not.

Yes, it's my wittle emotions that care about things like the actual definition of murder when people like you are ranting and raving about events leading to civil unrest.

We're a long way from even concluding he was killed unlawfully, btw.

His governor and mayor told him to get out there and get in their faces.

He happily obliged and now he’s dead.

You might want to familiarize yourself with the legal definition of murder instead of repeatedly claiming it. After you do, ask yourself why do many different degrees? Why so many different statutes? Maybe it’s to prevent the emotional lynch mob from running rampant through the judicial system where every death at the hands of another carries the same punishment regardless of circumstances.

Some of it is unavoidable.

If someone got into a car with a drunk illegal and got killed in a car wreck, that would be a “shite happens” moment.

Much like when a guy decides to interfere with federal law enforcement while armed.

Those are shite happens moments.

Going out for a jog and getting raped and murdered isn’t a “shite happens” moment. If you have any moral compass still pointing north, you’ll be able to ascertain the difference.

In hindsight, a night stick would've had the same blowback.
