No I'm arguing we don't have a hypothetical. He was armed and put himself in a very stupid situation. 2nd amendment doesn't protect you from suicide by cop.

If I'm on your front how am I going to see whether you don't or not? Only one officer had an angle on the holster, and holsters aren't the only place you can stuff a gun btw.

I said during the election if Trump was smart his policy would be specifically to allocate resources to this exact issue, in anticipation of the road blocks that I knew would occur when he won and tried to deport large sums of illegals.
