No body gives a frick about your opinion. You’re not the smartest person in the room. You’re insufferable.

frick that. Your argument is even better for doing it this way. We don't have the court resources? Good, maybe we can scare some back home and keep others afraid of coming. Thanks for strengthening the argument.

There is no evidence of this.

What we see makes it appear it's much more likely that he didn't even have a gun in his possession when he was killed.

Possibly but we need a lot more objective information about that.

Did you miss the part where he intentionally carried that gun to a cop fight?

Man the amount of disdain for the second amendment in this thread is concerning….

Resisting arrest while armed isn’t part of the Bill of Rights.

Indeed.
That argument probably does not float the way you'd expect though.

You are so stupid. You have obviously never talked to anyway in law enforcement or military. You are fighting against them. It's not their job to die to find out if your stupid arse is FURTHER armed.

That’s a shame, well you should definitely go arm yourself and intentionally agitate law enforcement then see what happens! It should go well for you. I will even mail you a copy of the Federalist Papers for you to have folded in your pocket!!

Why did they all back off at the same time?

Is his behavior what you’d advise your client to do when carrying while at a violent protest?

Nuance out the window.

Care to set the scene accurately counselor?

Nobody in here has been against the second that I've seen. Theyve been against putting yourself in stupid situations.

“He might have another gun” isn’t an argument anyone is going to seriously advance.

How can they articulate their belief he posed a deadly threat without seeing him possess the gun?
