Nobody said tens of millions. Ten million.
If there's no obstruction in the streets, nothing but cooperation by state/city officials and LEOs, and lots of money to push all the shite through immigration courts, what's the capacity, SFP? Why can't we deport 2.5 million illegals per year, especially given a chunk of them would self-deport if they weren't given false hope by sanctuary laws/cities, etc.

It’s almost like making it impossible to enforce our immigration laws was part of the plan. And, yet, you only ever seem to hold one side accountable.

The amount of violence ICE officers has committed still pales in comparison with the amount of violent illegals have committed. How about all the women who have been raped and murdered? Are they not worth protecting?

Which clearly multiple agents firing at the same time all had the same thought. There was reasonable doubt he was a threat.
If you think “well everyone was shooting so the threat must have been legit” is a sound legal defense, I’ve got some bad news for you….

If you are stupid enough to show up at a tense protest armed and intentionally antagonize the authorities then yes you deserve what happens to you. How do you not understand this basic premise and try to restrain your autism over the technical right to own a weapon

Apparently you are a threat just for carrying.
Next time you are out and about and carrying I want you to find a cop or cops performing a traffic stop. Go needlessly get involved in that stop by approaching the cop while blowing your rape whistle & filming with your phone. Physically get in between the cop and the person he has pulled over. Then I want you to physically resist your arrest. Really fight it. After that you can come back and report to us how everything turns out.
Or you could find a group of cops performing a high-risk arrest & interject yourself there.
Report back please

Everyone is firing at the same time because they believed there to be a threat. You think this was premeditated? That's retarded.

So then who is “we”?
Regardless, the guy was armed at first contact, and was still fighting cops at the time shots were fired. Whether or not he was disarmed is of no consequence. He was reasonably believed to be a threat to the officers and the public, and use of deadly force was justified. Just like the butch-dyke in the Honda.

Once you are told you are under arrest, you are considered under arrest. You can be taken into physical custody before or after having been placed under arrest. If you fight physical custody, you are resisting arrest. If you grab and wrestle the arresting personnel, you have assaulted an officer. If you try to get away, you are evading arrest. If you have done all of these things and failed to inform the authorities that you have a handgun, you have committed a further crime.
No argument here.
quote:
If you try to prevent them disarming you when they are making an arrest and wrestle for control of the weapon, you are considered armed and dangerous.
This is also true, but obviously you don’t have definitive proof that this is what happened in this particular shooting.
quote:
If they shoot you when you have escalated from a simple arrest to being an armed and dangerous person, they were justified
This is not true. Just because a fleeing suspect has been deemed “armed and dangerous” does not mean you can shoot on sight.

Another person for shooting the Jan 6th protestors I guess.

Reasonable has yet to be determined, no matter how many times you re-type the word.

I don’t think we view the 2nd amendment the same. You’re inferring intent, and that’s not my angle at all.

But yes, this is a direct cost of executive discretion.

Trump is also using his executive discretion, I am sorry it offends you

You're probably not going to get to 1 million properly and legally deported people in 4 years. Maybe not even 500k

See now you're changing the argument to include hopium.
