They need to stop getting involved with citizens. If a citizen does something unlawful get the local police to handle it. Might lead to slower arrests but keeps things from getting heated

And there is the problem. Liberal cities won’t allow their police to work with ICE or turn over illegals to ICE. What you see in MN is the direct result. This two people would still be alive if liberals would follow the law.

No it won’t. There are reasons to be concerned, but this isn’t one. The only people crying about dead pinkos are other pinkos.

You think the local PD is cooperating with the Feds. Have you heard the chief of police talk about the Feds?

If local police aren’t, ICE shouldn’t be getting involved either way. Come here to Texas where they won’t have that problem

The ICE agent is yeeting the frick out of this woman. Way too aggressive imo. Everyone is slipping. I think the deceased is getting sprayed there. I don’t see him as much of a threat.

He finds himself between the woman who is being BOOMED by ICE guy and ICE guy.

All 3 are moving and slipping and ICE guy just starts taking the deceased down.

Then they kill him for no reason.

So you don't think someone who deletes his social Media, leaves his ID at home, brings a gun and 2 extra mags... is in any way a threat?

The LEOs know he deleted his social media, left his ID at home, and had 2 extra mags just by looking at him?!? Wow they are good!

He was previously in the road, directing traffic.

He was pepper sprayed well before he went to the ground. It appears he was disoriented enough to latch on to the girls red backpack and drag her.

We don't know what gun was removed from the scrum. Yes, could have been his or an agents. Likely the suspects, though.

We do no have clear video footage of the suspects actions in the scrum, only the agent shooting

It is simply too chaotic to tell one way or another.

Like I said, I want to hear from the group of agents

If the border patrol agent freaked out and shot the guy in the back, you'll definitely hear about it from the agents because he put his fellow agents in danger.

End of the day, no clear view of the situation, but that won't prevent the violence that is coming tonight.

If thats the gun then its justified 100%, the video resolution being extremely bad makes it difficult to actually tell

It definitely looks like he drops a gun in that video.

You think states/municipalities can opt out of federal law?

Why exactly would he be carrying 2 Mags on his person to confront, film, and stalk ICE agents. If he was going shooting later leave em in the car. He knew he was going after ICE

You are such a cuck. The 2A gives him the absolute right to carry however many mags he wants. If he was going to shoot he would have done it a lot sooner.

This is similar to Alton Sterling, which Obama’s justice department ruled was justified. The only difference is the firearm was removed a second before the shooting, which doesn’t change the legal standard needed to shoot.

Well nothing changes the “legal standard” needed to shoot. That’s why it’s called the legal standard

But it absolutely changes the legal analysis.

Naw. The feds are too dug in

That would be admitting to the murder of an innocent civilian citizen. It would invigorate the Left to an insane degree and turn the tide of a chunk of moderates against the admin,. especially in this area.
