I think this shooting is way less justified than the Renee Good one to be honest. The one agent going around just pepper spraying everyone was clearly on tilt. This is going to kill us in the midterms if these type of incidents keep happening. They either need to remove lethal force as an option for ICE agents (which will get some harmed but then will flip public opinion back in Trump's favor), or Trump needs to go scorched earth with the Insurrection Act and put these rioters down. This middle ground we're in now is just putting these ICE agents in impossible situations.

He’s face down with his hands on the ground. Justifiable. FAFO.

Just on Fox. One of the agents got their finger bitten off.

Where in the link picture does it show he was unarmed?

That might change things, but somebody else said it and either way this shooting looks less justifiable then the Renee Good one.

The one ICE agent pushing people and going ham with the pepper spray is a hot headed moron. He needs to be debadged regardless of the outcome here. He unnecessarily escalated the shite out of this.

Completely agree. Posters on here like to talk about what the decedent could have done differently to not end up dead. Well, if this officer doesn’t uselessly escalate this situation, guy would probably be alive.

Lol that won't change anything. He could bite an officers throat out and they would claim he was exhausted and no longer a threat

I watched that over and over.

I think ICE is shoving that woman down very hard. I think the deceased is also being shoved.

If I have those people right, he’s not assaulting that woman at all.

They need to stop getting involved with citizens. If a citizen does something unlawful get the local police to handle it. Might lead to slower arrests but keeps things from getting heated

Was he stalking officers?

He was stalking, he was following and filming them.

They didn’t know he was that armed so you cannot use it as a reason he was killed.

He should have told them, he didn't. Why do you think that was.
quote:

I don’t consider it all that heavily armed. The guy is carrying his pistol and has room for 2 mags on him for the day.

Why exactly would he be carrying 2 Mags on his person to confront, film, and stalk ICE agents.
If he was going shooting later leave em in the car.
He knew he was going after ICE.

You’re making things up and they’re still not reason to kill the guy.

Nope, I'm not and it is.

If he only had a loaded gun, no extra mags, then I'm probably on your side it's a 2A issue.

But these officers prevented a mass shooting, plain and simple.

The problem is scared politicians have ordered the police to not assist immigration enforcement. This help isn’t coming.

Local police in MN has stand down orders from the mayor and governor though, so that's not an option in Minneapolis.

Gotta be smarter. Don’t fight with officers who are armed.

Being a martyr for his lib friends isn’t worth taking a bullet.

If they see the gun, what?

Mind you he’s on his hands and knees and the gun is in his arse crack(assuming this is accurate).

. You think the local PD is cooperating with the Feds. Have you heard the chief of police talk about the Feds?

I have never heard training to empty the weapon.

No idea how true it is just repeating what he said. But I got to thinking about Grady Judd, the sheriff in Florida. There is a video out there where his deputies shot a suspect 60+ times and when asked by the media why 60+ shots were fired, he replied "because that's all the bullets we had". So perhaps it varies from one jurisdiction to another as to how a threat is to be ended.
