Again, are we sure that is the perps weapon and not an officers that hit the ground and was grabbed in the mele? Also, just bc his gun is taken, doesn't mean he didn't have another or get one of the officers...
On its face, it looks like its the perps and could be bad for the officer, but ICE has said the officer that pulled the trigger is an 8yr vet and a firearms safety instructor too. Would imagine he had to see something to fire.
Just like the Good situation, will hold off judgement until we see other video or evidence.

There are also too many people enjoying the benefit of watching a video to try and pass judgment. The officers in question are in the middle of the chaos having to process and make decisions as they are happening. It’s no different than two fighters in a cage having a much different perspective that the spectators outside the ring.

What about that isnt logical? If theres no second gun and the guy running off has the deceased's gun that he brought then this is bad for ICEs image. If the guy had a second gun or the guy running off had another agents gun and the deceased did reach for it then its completely justified. You assuming my thoughts aren't logical because the lynch pin in my opinion has yet to be revealed is quite weak dude. Also F outa here with the insult, its bs considering I have access to the same videos as you do and firmly believe in FAFO/just obey and fight it in court if theyre wrong. You can't tell if their in the wrong or right yet because verified information is not yet out, including who's gun that is and if its not his then did he really reach for and if so when in the video.

No moron it is basic intelligence. I conceal carry all the time. When approached (only in a traffic stop) I immediately informed the officer and we handle things like mature adults. If you are armed and resist arrest you can be deemed a risk to the officer or others and thus deadly force is justified. It’s training doctrine in LE and military and not subject to debate!

Just watched multiple witnesses interviews.
The guy did possess a firearm legally. He did not threaten an officer with it. He was taken down and then shot. Almost immediately, ICE created a false narrative as I watched in real time.
Regardless of left or right, there is no excuse for the multiple shootings of U.S. citizens in one city and calling them "terrorists".
This can not last. The feds won't and can't occupy every American city with a Democratic government... much to Miller and Trump's chagrin.

Ya this basically settles it, the agent behind the suspects arse freaks out when he sees the other agent pull the suspects gun. The agent behind his arse proceeds to pull his gun which causes all the other agents to step back and they all start shooting him. A lot of shots in the back from this video.
