Even when the DNA was inconclusive that letter of introduction with the "P.S. This man is Thomas Jefferson's son", seemed pretty convincing.

They've been falsely claiming its a settled discussion about TJ fathering children with Hemmings since they were both literally alive so odds are this is a similarly false claim.

Since 2018, the Thomas Jefferson Foundation has accepted that Jefferson was the father of Sally Heming's children, and considers the issue as "a settled historical matter." LINK

Only took them 200 years to come up with this. Sorry, if I'm a little skeptical.

The rumor it was his brother was nonsense, his brother was in Virginia when Sally became pregnant in Paris.
She was 14 or 15 at the time. Out of all the people he could chose to escort his daughter he choses a slave who is 14 to hop on a boat to London and then travel to Paris?
Id also like to discuss Merriweather Lewis, at the time a personal assistant of Jefferson. Of all the people in the world you could chose to go on an excursion to the unknown west........he chose Merriweather who was known to dress like a "dainty" and was prone to spells of melancholy.
I think ole Tom didnt discriminate on age, gender, or race......
