You could not be more wrong. You all need to wake up. The DSA is taking over the DEM party with these type of people. They just unseated 2 Dem incumbents. That means people are voting for them over the Dem that's been in office.

As of now, they have roughly 260 members elected. They are looking at tripling their numbers in congress alone. They are about to add a Senate seat. In all they have 25 people endorsed for congress alone.

NPR, Guardian, Politico, etc. describes this as DSA’s strongest primary season yet, with momentum from New York sweeps, Colorado, and other races.

And the issue is PEOPLE ARE VOTING FOR THEM. That should scare the hell out of you and everyone in this room. It should motivate you going into this primary/general election.

They, the DSA, are motivate to do things and the voters for them are. WE, on the other hand, are laughing and saying things like "They are a joke".. "Make them the face of the party".....etc.

Wake up.

Great post. Everyone blowing them off as a joke and not serious is an idiot. They are becoming a more legitimate threat every year.

Just openly post constitutional.

We can’t coexist long term with a group that wants to dismantle the very foundational elements of our society.

We can split.

We can subdue.

We can opt to be subdued as they did in Europe.

But this current arrangement is just a bad marriage waiting to explode into an acrimonious divorce.

I would like to see the 17th amendment abolished and go back to legislators appointing senators.

The 17th, along with the 16th Amendment which established a federal income tax on individual earners, were huge steps taken by the federal government to further erode the sovereignty of the respective states and turn them into little more than subservient political provinces beholden to a central government based in DC. The nation would be well served if both amendments were to be repealed.

People talk about how MAGA and the GOP don’t get along and will tear each other apart but if the far left commies keep pushing the Democratic Party like they are, they will start losing every election.

They want state power removed. The Union only exists because of the senate and electoral college. It was created so that the popular vote from large states would never have full control of the federal government. This is a hill worth dying on.

This would take an amendment to do. Does anyone believe the DSA is any closer to doing this today than socialists were when they first brought it up in 1911?

It’s all about the lower IQs of society that have charisma and get the financial backing of people like Soros who hate this country, especially successful whites. They will destroy it any way they can with their vitriol and jealousy.

Do you want low IQ people who are a complete excrement running your society, or greedy people with high intellect and who have actually created jobs running our civilization?

I would wager a large amount of money most of the clowns proposing it have no clue it would need an amendment and they have no clue how many states have to vote yes to ratify an amendment. We have 30 states. They need 38 to ratify an amendment. It isn't going to happen.

But it gets their base lathered up because they have no clue it will never happen.
