As I type this at 4:50 Central, the Dow is down 1.66%. Netflix is down 3.37%. But Tesla is down 2.91% as well, almost double the average. Can we attribute that to some "woke" comments by Elon, or is it possible individual stocks move up and down at different amounts

Of course. However, as I stated early voting other individual stocks isn’t relevant to the Netflix conversation. Considering averages may be. I don’t understand why that is so hard to grasp.

What percentage of wealth managers beat the SP500 in say a 20y window? There’s a range but it’s not a trick question.
There’s a reason Warren Buffet has been pounding this drum for decades. If maximizing your bottom line is the ultimate goal paying 1% doesn’t make sense for the majority of investors.
I worked in this field in a previous life, unless you’re high net worth, you’re paying for stuff you don’t need (other than peace of mind I guess).

Why do you think this is relevant? How many invest 100% of a client's money in domestic large-cap growth companies? Advisors don't even use the S&P 500 as a benchmark for the most part? Most manage the money based on the client's risk tolerance, with different allocations using various asset classes and geographical regions. Trying to compare a 65/35 allocation to the S&P 500 is just, well, dumb.
