If this is by party registration it means nothing.

The point is that most of those democrat voters would not have voted because on election day they would have been mainlining heroin or popping a cap in another BLM supporter. Voting by mail spreads out the time in which white SJWs and black community organizers can track down the gangstas and crack whores, and pay them walking around money to sign something.

This is why the Dims already have 600 lawyers ready to roll.

There were huge numbers of rejections during primaries, specifically in dem primaries of course.

It will be very interesting to see how many are rejected during the general, especially for those states that didn't have widespread mail voting during the primaries. One would think it will be a lot, but something tells me a lot fewer dem ballots will be rejected when the opponent is Trump instead of Bernie.

How does Newsweek know which ballots were completed by black voters? I can't imagine there's a place on the ballot asking the voter to identify his race.

Sounds like more fake news being spouted in order to stir up voter anger.

(These are a tiny portion of the votes from one state, so obviously we have a long way to go before we know the full landscape of ballot rejection rates.)

That premise would also apply to the person(s) assessing the ballot.
