A special council needs to be appointed to investigate if Nancy is preventing Trump from upholding his constitutional duty and thus potentially causing the law to be broken.

Twitter posters seem to think she did cancel the SOTU a second time. If she does cancel it its because she doesn't want RBG to be missing or worse to show up to the SOTU.

There seems to be a lot of smoke coming both from sides that she is going to cancel the SOTU because the Budget deal hasn't been reached.
The RBG public appearance is a huge issue if she doesn't show or looks out of it. I can see this angle if this turns out to be accurate.
