During an appeal hearing with the NFL on Wednesday, Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett alleged that Mason Rudolph directed a racial slur at him just prior to last week's brawl on "Thursday Night Football," sources told ESPN's Josina Anderson and Adam Schefter, an accusation the Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback strongly denies.

Well, that settles it then. Garrett is fully justified in trying to brain Rudolph with his own helmet.

SURPRISE!

He does a have a point though. All the white players who have ripped off a player's helmet and used it to try to kill them got off much lighter.

Rudolph backed down and openly accepted some blame for the incident yesterday which gave Garrett this opening to slander him with false accusations.

Rudolph is a bitch and should have prosecuted and sued Garrett.

If I'm Mason Rudolph, I sue Garrett for defamation of character and press charges for the helmet assault.

Kyle Turley was not trying to rip off the helmet to use as a weapon.....he was trying to savagely rip off the Jets player head for trying to break Aaron Brooks neck....the helmet was in the way.

The "N" word is used so commonly in locker rooms and on the field as to usually be irrelevant. Garrett's team was winning, had it won...he could have just walked.

There was an African American Steelers player where this All took place.

And if this had happened It would have come out that same night.

When did “Hey a-hole” become a racial slur?

On its face, that’s an illogical defense. Even if true, does it justify hitting someone in the head with a potentially deadly object?

So words justify violence?

Of course. It’s their get out of jail free card. The black community believes that reacting violently to name calling is justified. Anyone that tries to hold them accountable for their actions will be labeled a racist by the media.

An alleged racial slur turns you into a skull smashing idiot.

#blackfragility

I only say that because white fragility is a thing.
