Do you know of another once in a lifetime event? When a child is conceived. Just a regular ol run of the mill child. For that child it is a once in a lifetime event. Every one. Regardless of whether it was Jesus or just some damn kid that was born in a trailer park. For each of them it was a once in a lifetime event and pretty special.
The people that are now trying to rationalize “some abortion” to win a political war…

I’m with you Eli. It’s mostly the dregs of society getting abortions (future Democrat voters). Horrible to say but it’s better for the country in the long run.

Why are so many people now going on the warpath to destroy everyone? On both sides. shite, I believe that a hotdog should have BOTH ketchup and mustard. But the mustard only people are apparently going to firebomb the ketchup and relish peoples’ homes; and the ketchup people have started posting the mustard people’s kids names and addresses online.
Maybe this was really Satan’s doing; because it has brought out the worst from EVERYONE.

The problem is if you are OK with allowing the murder of a baby, then you should also be OK with allowing for the murder of adults.
Why would the murder of one group be OK but the murder of another group not be OK?

Because in the 1800’s and 1900’s there was no welfare or social safety net. You either worked or you starved. Literally. That had absolutely nothing to do with Abortion. We have a gigantic welfare state now which Abortion as bad as it sounds keeps from being even larger than it already is.

Ted Bundy’s mom wanted an Abortion. She couldn’t get one. So yes, Abortion does prevent evil. You also might want to look at our Prisons. Society would have been better off if nearly all the violent criminals we have were aborted. I don’t know how someone can look at the statistics we have available to us and not see this. Look at the violent crime statistics. Look at the welfare statistics. There’s one thing in common. A bunch of unwanted children born to uneducated and poor single women. Race isn’t a factor either. It goes for both white and black. The statistics do not discriminate. This is a hard truth but it is in fact true. Abortion is the only thing keeping this country from being a full on Welfare State.

I made a post about this yesterday, most people on this board do not feel this way.

You can’t be serious. There was no Great Society programs back then; there are now. That’s like saying abortion caused computers, because before 1973 we hardly had any, and now we have millions of computers. Ridiculous notion!
