It is funny in a thread about an event some states did not attend, and a pickle company chose not to be associated with that has caused a meltdown in a segment that is OK with those who tried to rear apart the nation we are all currently celebrating.

I don’t have a problem with any private company doing whatever they want. You also don’t have to buy their products. See what happened to Bud Light as a product. Let them tell you who they are.

Sorry about that but the Southern cause was evil. There would have been no Civil War if the Successionists had not assaulted American Forts like Sumpter. Until then the majority of northern sentiment was to let them leave.

The Southern soldiers were fighting for self-determination. None of those dirt poor illiterates from down the bayou and up the holler were fighting for a rich man to keep his slaves.
