No, The Dem strategy has been to pack the Blue States with immigrants, get them amnesty, and count them in the Census. They could pick up 20-40 seats in the House just from that.
There is a reason that the mantra has changed on immigration for the Dems in the last 15 yrs or so. The open boarder policy was not an accident or feel good times...

It's because during Biden's term, the border was left unsecured. Some countries sent their criminals here. There was no vetting at all. Difficult to determine who was a violent psychopath in their own countries... because not every psychopath is tattooed up like ms13 members.
