We have Westpac CBG cruises and MEU sortees in East Asian waters , with supplemental assets, continously, and we never use them. SOUTHCOM rarely has a Carrier Battle Group and a Marine Expeditionary Unit in the Caribbean simultaneously. It's a great opportunity to carry the big stick in a region deemed safe, and great training if nothing else.

I've never had a problem using the US military. The issue is how it is used. You people are reacting as if Trump is exactly like Bush, Obama, and Biden. Assuming all military actions are the same is the simple-minded approach. There's a clear difference between how these actions were and are being handled.
