Houston County is now completely in. Moore won by 23.5 points, he needed to win by 16. But that’s also his base.

If 65% of the vote is white, and Moore is winning 70% of it, that 45.5% of the raw vote. That’s CNN’s exit poll numbers. If that’s accurate, and 2% or so is write in, then he only needs about 49% total to win. Can he really not win 4% of the non white vote?
