If this man forged his documents, how do we even know I feel his real name is Rivera

Latest court filings say he is legally documented and can work in the dairy industry.

Why are you always wrong? Both his employer and the govt says hes illegally here

On Wednesday, however, co-owner and manager Dane Lang said that the farm used a different program that a family member wrongly thought was E-Verify. The farm used Social Security Administration data in the vetting process, Lang said. “We learned that our employee was not who he said he is," Lang told reporters on Wednesday, and noted that his coworkers knew him by a different name, but recognized him after seeing media reports about his arrest.

A spokesperson with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services said in a statement that, "A search of records by USCIS revealed Rivera did not make any DACA requests nor were any grants given. We have found no record in our systems indicating he has any immigration status."

Wrong. Illegal immigrants are criminals in the same sense that home invasion robbers are.

entering the country illegally is a misdemeanor, Home invasion is a felony. Trespassing might be equivalent.

While factually you are wrong, Let’s say a Mexican citizen is fishing on Lake Amistad and gets turned around and lands his boat in Texas and not Mexico. You are suggesting this is a crime on the same level as someone walking into your home uninvited? Logically what you are saying makes no sense. Your home is infinitely more important for your personal safety than your land because there is an obvious physical barrier to
your home......it’s understood that your home is not to be entered without permission. You can shoot a motherfricker for entering your home....you usually can’t for simply trespassing.

Each and every one of the illegals is committing a crime. Do you not understand "illegal"???

Jaywalking is a crime also...a misdemeanor just like entering the country illegally. Do you not understand that we recognize various levels of crime severity, os speeding the same as murder in your world? Here’s a little bit of info....it ain’t in the real world.

Well any of them who are operating a car are breaking a law I can be arrested for*

What law? If it’s legally registered, insured and they have a drivers license from almost anywhere in the world, especially Canada, Mexico or Latin America....they haven’t broken any laws just by driving. I see 20-30 cars a day where I live with Mexico license plates....they don’t have a US license. Perfectly legal. In El Paso about 1/3 of the traffic is Mexican plates....no requirement to have a US drivers license to operate a vehicle in the US.

Yes. It’s a misdemeanor which can have a fine and up to six months in prison. It’s almost like there’s different levels of misdemeanors.

What is many? How do you quantify that? 1%? 10%? Relatively very few commit any crime after entering....about .5% or so, compared to about 3.5% of native born Americans.

By definition 100% of them are committing a crime by simply being here in America.

Ignoring that and focusing on the more serious crimes it's hard to say what the percentages actually are. It turns out if you're not in the system it's hard to identify, catch and convict you. If the police suspect me they know where I live, my liscense plate, the make and model of my car, a clear picture of me, etc. The same cannot be said for many illegals, all you have is a description.

Check out the Illegal's attorney.

quote:

“One nod of the head, one glance, one slight of hand that will be partially taken out of context and presented over and over which would be highly prejudicial to the defendant, so I urge the court to exclude the media from these proceedings,” Richards added. Richards later explained that before Tibbets’ murder, Rivera had “no prior criminal record,” telling PEOPLE: “He was just a part of the community. An all-American boy working really hard.”

also, if you're a woman, doesn't matter where you live, jogging at night or on a trail by yourself where there are no people is fricking retarded unless you're packing.

Congrats, you found another way to stick it to a murder victim. Naivety is pretty common. Not everyone gets the benefit of living an unsheltered life prior to their murder.

That should come in handy when he gets used as a dairy farm.

Illegal immigration is a crime and should be treated as such. Illegal immigrants overwhelmingly are only criminals in the same sense that jaywalkers are.....the same level of law. There isn’t a huge number of illegals committing crimes.....y’all need that to be true

That’s a pretty terrible comparison. Jaywalkers are guilty of illegally crossing from one location they are legally entitled to be to another location they are legally entitled to be. Jaywalkers are not doing so in a way that subverts national security.

People who cross national borders illegally are doing so to subvert a process that is intended to document their presence in this country in order for them to be subject to the enforcement of laws in the same way Americans are. They are intending to be in this country without using the same process everyone else does to avoid the laws and scrutiny that everyone else is subject to.

Jaywalkers are just guilty of taking an illegal shortcut to be where they are authorized to be. How do you NOT see that as a totally different disregard for law?

In a country where you need a SS# and legal identification to get a job, how do millions of illegals find ways to work?

They steal SS#’s and get fake ID’s

Is that possible in your opinion?

Been out of town and just now saw the reply which was NOT even close to what you posed in your original post. Don't try to wiggle out of it. Are you that obtuse?
