Not a great choice

The immunity fight on this inevitable motion to quash/dismiss will be interesting.

I’m unfamiliar with the circumstances but it seems to be an assault charge for pointing his service weapon at a subject during the performance of his duties so it sounds like complete and utter bullshite. I probably pointed my pistol or long gun at violators over 100 times in my career…and it was lawful for me to do so.

From what the other poster said, it sounds like the agent may have been driving his car at the time.

But even if he was a retard and pulled his gun going down the road, if he was on the clock I am not sure immunity would be stripped. I'm sure MN will claim gross negligence or intentional act etc.

It won't. He'll win. When state police interviewed him the next day he said he was on duty and returning to Whipple. He tried to skip traffic on the shoulder and she cut him off. He pulled his weapon when back in traffic and beside her.

She has major criminal liability the moment she moves forward with this.

This issue was settled back in the civil rights era and while I prefer states to have as many rights as possible they don’t get to prosecute federal agents because they don’t like the laws.

If they don’t like it they can and should vote on leaving the union as Alberta is about to do in Canada because I don’t think the current status quo between the globalist leaning states and the nationalist states is sustainable absent major changes and the faster we address it the less painful it’ll be when it finally comes to a head.

She is not the Minnesota Attorney General. That honor belongs to the ever vigilant Keith Ellison who I believe is a follower of the prophet. This woman (?) is the County Attorney for Hennepin County (Minneapolis).

Tampon Timmy supports this, I’m guessing.

What a shocker that she has that haircut and that overall appearance/demeanor.

The only thing missing is the hyphenated name.

What did these two agents do?

Some clam eater tried to run a few ICE agents off the road and they pulled their guns.

So let me get this straight, they tried to assault him with a deadly weapon, their car, he responds, and he is charged?

Their defense is they did not know he was an officer when they tried to run him off the road?

Well let's see how this plays out.

She can't arrest them for doing their jobs. Also, they can't be arrested "anywhere in the country". What state criminal law would they be charged with? She probably went to law school at the Ketangi Brown Jackson School for Woke Studies..

I support ICE and their officers doing their jobs, but this does not appear to be someone doing their job. He was upset and pulled his weapon to try and intimidate, or so it would seem.

Are we to assume that because the left hates ICE and we love them that they can do no wrong? What would an ICE agent have to do in order for those of us that support them to call for them to lose immunity?

Not familiar with the case either so I'm not going to proclaim an opinion. If it's what the above quoted indicated then should be an easy dismissal of the charges. But there are more than a handful of ICE officers who are not good people, and legitimately cross the line in their physical treatment of people, illegal alien or not.

Sounds like the "victim" was attempting to ambush the ICE officers and the ICE officers were defending themselves.

I hope ICE will issue arrest warrants for the alleged ambushers quickly. The streets are dangerous in Minnesota, we'll maybe a little less dangerous after the permanent and justified removal of Renee Goode and the other dangerous fool whose name is unimportant.

Is that how you perceive it when you're cut off in traffic? Assault with a deadly weapon? Ever reported anyone for it?
