Lots of BS from the lot of yall without actually reading the charges..
If they purposely cut him off in the course of his duties in that environment, yes that could be considered assault with a deadly weapon.

Here is Deyanna Ostroushko ON CAMERA admitting that she assaulted me and ran before the police could arrest her. Another left wing protester then laughs stating “Good job mama! That’s amazing”
The Hennepin County Sheriff’s Department stated that they would not be recommending charges against Deyanna, stating that they did not have sufficient evidence to do so.
Footage from @AndrewMercado who, prior to capturing this, is coaching the protesters stating, “you gotta be careful with that…TPUSA is going to take that and clip it and put it all over right wing media”.
Another protester was filmed stating, “I should have hit her”.
Btw, the District Attorney for this county is the same DA who is now trying to arrest ICE agents in the county for DOING THEIR JOBS:

Her ‘ authority ‘ ends at the county line. In addition she is going up against the Supremacy Clause and she will be rejected post haste.
When the President is done with Iran and Cuba I think he should declare Hennepin County in a ‘ state of insurrection ‘ .
Arrest all the top officials there and have the US Army run that county for the next ten years. You know like ‘ Reconstruction’ ,like we had here in Louisiana for 12 years.
