Progressive lefties are like termites eating through what was once a strong, beautiful country.

Damn it. The Missoula Half Marathon was a bucket list item form me. Guess I’ll have to scratch it off the list.

No surprise. Missoula is a major college town (University of Montana) and is considered one of the most "fun" universities in the country. Not surprised it is loaded with gays and gay supporters.

LINK describing the school.

What's their connection to dicks in the man booty? Is there a gay sexual maneuver nicknamed The Missoula? Because if there's not....maybe there should be, since Missoula is so flamingly gay for dicks in men's booty holes.

I did some quick researching on FB and internet.

6/8 of the women are transplants.

6/8 of the women are inarguably hard left.
1/8 (a local) is conservative. And one, seemed moderate to liberal.

Edit:

3/4 men are libs and none are from there.

So, it looks like there are 2 conservatives and one unknown out of 12. Only 2/12 are from there and I wouldn’t be surprised if neither of them are generationally rooted there.

Montana is slipping away like Colorado.
Missoula is whack but the state supported Trump by 20points and replaced Tester in the Senate.

It's still a dark red state. Fortunately for Montana, Missoula is nowhere near the size of Denver/Boulder to control the entire state, which is ultimately what happened in Colorado.

You VRBO the house or rent it out for long term lease?

I haven’t VRBOed or AirBnBed in ages. Word of mouth referrals, furnished. RV pad and daylight walk-in basement apartment. We’ve lived there on and off. Usually there for summers and a couple other trips to ski and/or do house projects.
Friend from BR lived in the apartment for nearly a decade and took care of renters etc.

From our front door, we walk one block through a field, onto a trail system that theoretically takes you to Canada. And walk the other direction through a pretty park along Rattlesnake Creek, to downtown in under a mile. Through the neighborhood and across a footbridge over the Clark Fork to UofM (about a half mile to the stadium—can listen to concerts from our back deck: Stones, GnR, Pearl Jam, memorably).

It really is sad how the religionists have taken over. It has always been weird, which I loved, but now it isn’t weird. It’s just institutionally disgusting and statist.

Already happened to Boise and my buddy in Coer d' Alene doesn't like all the BS he's seen move in there over the last decade or so.

Cool. Now burning a pride flag is protected under the First Amendment.

California must have an endless supply of psychos, everyone moves away and infects other states but the needle never seems to move in Kalifornia.

On a side note, was in Juneau for an Alaskan cruise, ate some dumplings at Pel'meni's, not bad but they were out of cilantro.

Good. I always ask them to not include cilantro.

This is what happens when you let the left coasters invade your state.

My company's office is in Missoula and I can tell you some of the on site folks who live there are livid. They are natives there.
