Yeah, Pelmini (to which he referred) is a Russian dumpling place here in town, the cilantro just doesnt work for me in their food.
I liked it at one time, but since I have been told it taste like soap, it now tastes like soap.

Now that I'm thinking about it one of our friends moved from the Sacramento area to Missoula to get away from the libs and now this happens to him. That's unfortunate as hell.

That's exactly what I was thinking. Missoula is breaking the state law, and they should be punished by pulling all state funding until the Council comes to their senses. Every last penny.
