First of all you don't use population to figure this number.
It is based on total number of interactions and despite being a fraction of the white population they don't lag very far behind at all in terms of total encounters with police.
That tends to happen when you commit 50-plus percent of the murder 40% of the violent crime 60% of all robbery
robbery/theft, and pretty much in general over represent the population percentage of 13% by 3 or 4 times in every category of crime.
Even in regards to rape because black men are only about 6.8% of the population but commit right around 30% of all rape which is over representing their population percentage times 4.
The numbers are there for anybody that chooses to seek out that information.
I'm not your tutor but these statistics are the FBI UCR crime statistics.
All you have to do is look at the raw data and extrapolate the information that you seek.
Don't be a disingenuous little shite and ignore per capita.

You have the right to believe whatever you choose to. Why do you allow the media's narrative to shape your thoughts about it? Ok, it's not an epidemic of racist cops hunting black people down to murder them in the streets. Now what?
Can we just fight against the bad cops together?
Is the bathtub, paid, and trained to protect and serve the people?

I don't debate subjective crimes. I talk about violent crime more specifically interracial violent crime
There are a myriad of reasons why black people get popped for marijuana more so than whites. None of them racist.
(1) A lot of black people sell marijuana on the street corner where it doesn't take much more than police cruiser and a box of donuts to make a bust.
White people generally do their dealings indoors.
(2 & 3) black people commit more crime per capita more interactions with law enforcement due to committing significantly higher violent crime rates in their neighborhoods resulting in an increased police presence.
If you're going to the marijuana defense you might as well use the Chewbacca defense.
You certainly don't want to talk about the numbers and regard especially interracial violent crime
