Are stats about crimes allegedly committed by blacks the only stats you don't question?
What are the stats on blacks that's been released for violent crimes they didn't commit?

Obviously there are some. Same with non-blacks. Those numbers are not statistically significant. The black crime rate is still virtually the same if they are subtracted.

Most of them are released after serving 20+ years, there could be a large number of innocent people locked up. We don't know how significant that number is.
