They are called Pedophiles. Calling them MAPs gives them what they want so won't be vilifying them, but giving them what they want to normalize it.

It only refers to how the language handles male/female subjects. IF the maleness or femaleness MAKES A DIFFERENCE in the statement, then the HE/SHE HER/HIM pronouns are used.
