Trump must become the authoritarian they claim he is. It’s not a real estate deal. It’s not some hip pocket off shoot shoe company or cryptocurrency. These people are rabid jackals addicted to power. What you're asking for is classified as Mutiny in the UCMJ. That's a tough sell. Careers will be over and immediate arrests made etc. Now, they could take a chance on refusing what they perceive to be illegal orders, but there is generally a presumption that orders are legal. It's just a tough sell.

Dude, I live with one of them and have conversations on a daily or weekly basis with multiple green berets and other operators. I can assure you there is not a person at the tip of the spear that is in either of those groups that would follow an order to do anything to US citizens in CONUS.
