The truth is that a lot of black people (not all) will always resent white people no matter what we do. They don’t want us moving in, because then that’s gentrification, they don’t want us moving out because then that’s white flight. The only thing they do seem to want is our hard earned money.

I can't speak for how things use to be, but currently when "white flight" occurs its because 13% of the population is responsible for ~50% of the homicides.

There's too many things to address about the flight out of the inner cities to address. She's a count for bringing up race, this isn't new.

This seems to only happen in liberal strong holds. I live in Texas we have mixed races all around in affluent neighborhoods and no one is moving out.

Michelle is a racist poop stirrer. I have moved about 12 times and never once was it to flee. people move ......to..... a diserable location as a result of life changes providing the opportunity such as new job retirement close to kids parents etc.
