Mexico’s president, Claudia Sheinbaum, is making clear her country will expand its lawsuit against U.S. gunmakers if the Trump administration designates cartels as terrorists.
The Guardian quoted Sheinbaum saying, “If they declare these criminal groups as terrorists, then we’ll have to expand our US lawsuit.”
Part of the lawsuit expansion “could include alleged complicity of gunmakers with terror groups.”
What is that stupid bitch going to do? And what kind of Mexican name is Sheinbaum?

This lady just made it clear the lawsuit is frivolous and that she's owned by the cartels. Let her ramp up the litigation then step in to block anything that comes of it. It's an openly hostile act aimed at the US. Treat it as such.

Time to just cripple that narco state once and for all
We can always put Marines at Veracruz......yet again. That's what some world leaders don't understand. We can reach out and touch anyone, anywhere.

Claudia Sheinbaum , born to a Lithuania Jew who fled emigrated to Meheeco, and then joined the Mexican communist party.
Cladia is a socialist, actually full blown commie.
The Mexican cartels have been designated as terrorist and Mexico is harboring these terrorist. It's time to selectively targeting these terrorist for elimination. If the targeted just happen to be meeting with Mexican leaders then there will be collateral damage.

Perhaps she should also consider suing the manufacturers of all those Turkish and Russian made AK47s carried by Al Qaeda, Hamas, Taliban and ISIS?
Ask her how importing cheap crappy Chinese products is cool when the CCP utilizes child labor camps and harvests organs from Uygurs illegally detained in 21st century death camps? Perhaps she could look in the mirror, acknowledge that Mexico in great part facilitated the illegal invasion of America, and thank her lucky stars that Trump wants to solve issues through diplomatic trade instead of sending the Marines along with the 11th Armored and some F-22s and A-10s to eradicate the Mexican terrorists, free the people of Mexico from their corrupt government, and build a handful of brand new Trump Towers in MX City, Cabo, Cozumel, etc..

It is clear who butters Sheinbaum's buns. The drugs coming into our country are killings thousands of Americans. If she is part of the problem then we can take care of her also.

Definitely sounds like the Mexican government is "protecting" the Cartels. Now why would they do that??
Same exact reason many democrats do (example: arozona governor)

Pretty sad that this is what MX thinks is a threat, and all they got. Obviously in their courts she'll win, but wtf is she going to do about it??

Mexico is already suing the arms manufactures in Boston.
Most of the defendants have been released because of improper venue. The remaining defendants, including Smith & Wesson, moved for dismissal asserting that the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act (PLCAA) applies to Mexico's claims. The trial court dismissed the case but the First Circuit court of Appeal reversed and reinstated the case.(the First Circuit is horrible on the 2nd Amendment) The Defendant applied for Writs from the US Supreme Court which has been granted. Most believe that the Supreme Court will reverse the Court of Appeal and dismiss the Lawsuit. Oral argues are set for March 4,2025.
Smith & Wesson Brands, Inc. v. Estados Unidos Mexicanos

Those who resist bringing the cartels to heel are complicit and likely receiving cartels payoffs.
