As a lifelong Tennessean, I’ve never heard of anything as great as this. I’ve been arguing we should drop Memphis my whole life. We would instantly rank in top 5 in all categories

Hey listen, I was born there ... 40s and 50s Memphis was a showplace, an All-American city. Home of Elvis and Johnny were there at the time, Jerry Lee and Willie ... Beale Street was a special place. Highland Heights, Raleigh, Bartlett, Whitehaven was truly white.,
Even across the border into Southhaven and Olive Branch, Maywood ... what a great place.
All gone now. Worse than Detroit. I fly into Detroit three or four times a year. I've still got family in Memphis.
Memphis is a mess.
Most of Tennessee wants Memphis flushed down the toilet.
With that said, Trump has helped the crime situation a little bit.
Even across the border into Southhaven and Olive Branch, Maywood ... what a great place.
