Then came the reality on that day that not only was Trump not abandoned in any way whatsoever that you predicted in 2024, but lol “new” ones even piled on heavily, punctuating the degree of wrongness we were really dealing with.

I mean, there were those reports talking about how Israel came and gave their whole pitch for the war and both Rubio AND Vance said, "This is bullshite," but Trump followed Bibi into the war because Bibi, we can assume, told him that we could carry out the first successful regime change in history achieved strictly by air power, which anyone with common sense knows is a fricking fantasy.

And all of these deals are just ways for us, and Iran, to bide time as we continue to move assets to the region for an inevitable ground campaign. Iran has dug in their heels and proved they're willing to withstand an air campaign. It's almost like a regime that's a death cult built on martyrdom being willing to die & carry on as their people suffer is a freaking shock to Donald. And of course Bibi, and Israel, will be suuuuper happy to sit back and let our troops have to finish this on the ground. In fact, if you're a noticer, or antisemite according to the board, one might say that was their whole strategy. One might say they've pulled this little strategy multiple times in the past already.

There isn't going to be a deal. We can't trust the regime, and air power alone isn't enough to make the regime agree to our terms anyway. Which means we'll either have to pull out and call it a successful mission, making believe that simply killing the near death Supreme Leader was our war aim from the beginning, which everyone will rightly call bullshite on, and it'll make us look weak, which Trump won't be able to stand, or that leaves option #2...sending the Marines in.

This whole thing is going to turn into an even bigger clusterfrick than it is now.
