Nope. Chewed out people who want the FBI to give them updates on the case all the time. Truth is, you won't see any more out of FBI.
From this point on, it will be motion hearings, a trial or change of plea hearing, and sentencing.

I lived next door to an FBI Agent in Florida. Kept coming over to the house trying to sell AMWAY. Starting referring to him as the over rated traffic cop.
When he found out….he stopped coming by and stopped walking into the garage, whenever it was open. More pest than neighbor.

The fact that they’re even considering not publicizing this trial is yet another reason no one trusts any of it. Megyn needs to take her lawyer goggles off and apply some common sense to the situation. Everyone knows it’s not the FBI’s responsibility to share evidence etc; however, if the prosecution is required to share evidence with the defense then who cares. They say it’s a slam dunk then share it. People just don’t trust the system anymore. Just allowing the media inside to report back to everyone isn’t good enough. This trial should be publicized for all to watch. Megyn just doesn’t get it.
