Yea don’t see how anyone with a brain would take their kid to someone that hates their beliefs and is absolutely dumb enough to say it out loud on social media.

I am fine if people don't agree with me. I have seen and posted on five threads on TD over the past day on "fire threads." Four in five I agreed with...I just don't think this meets the criteria of anything other than someone I disagree with and would avoid in most all situations. I think she is a lunatic and bad person.

I went to school there and can confirm it’s always been a liberal mess. If you have even moderate views about things, good luck speaking up in class without screwing up your GPA.
Professors will remember and grades are more subjective than you think in non quantitative courses, where your answers need to align with what the professor thinks. This is what drove me to a more quantitative major where grading is more objective.

I work at a university and I'm just letting y'all know not everybody at these schools is like this.
There are a lot of people who work in various departments who are horrified at seeing Mr. Kirk (or anybody) get shot for expressing his opinions. You are seeing the students and workers starting to stand up and be more vocal.
It has been a battle to try and gain traction in the media and drown out the bs when the media amplifies the people they agree with.

I lived less than half a mile from Emory for 20 years. Took grad courses there for fun. When I first moved there, a female anthropology prof was fired for saying “seven n….s behind the woodpile.” Lol. Times have changed.
Eta: my oncologist is also a prof on the med school there. She’s a polish catholic lady. Maybe I’ll send her a message.

Until COVID, I was ignorant about how leftist the medical profession has become. It’s a tremendous concern.
