No, that isn't an apology. An apology is "I was wrong to call you a son of a bitch". That is an apology. What Biden said sounds more like the Godfather "Nothing personal, it is just business" before emptying a 9mm into you.

Doocy should start asking Biden questions about things that were going on years ago. Like ask about some bill from 2012 when Biden was VP as if it was being introduced today and see if Biden can remember that it’s 2022 and the thing he’s being asked about happened 10 years ago and not last week.
