In backing Kelly, a former astronaut and the husband of former Rep. Gabby Giffords, the contributors are effectively snubbing McCain's GOP successor, Sen. Martha McSally, who was appointed to the seat in December 2018 after losing to Democrat Kyrsten Sinema. McSally is an awful candidate.
The data guru I follow on twitter who lives in Arizona continuously says its Kelly’s race to lose. He’s been up consistently in every poll out by 5 points.
McSally has a huge problem in the suburbs which is hilarious considering she doesn’t fully back trump and she’s very moderate and tame on key issues.
I wouldn’t be surprised at all of this seat flips blue. But GOP still holds 52-48. After the flips of Alabama and Colorado.

McSally is a shite candidate. Already lost to one Dem, will not lose to another. The only thing about her is that she's an Air Force vet. Nothing else memorable. I salute all fellow veterans, but you need more than that to win votes.
