Donald Trump’s new attorney general once said that judges should be Christian and proposed blocking non-religious people from judicial appointments.

..
Whitaker said he wanted to know about a judge’s judicial philosophy, along with their views on natural law, natural rights and the US founding documents. But he added: “I don’t think that gets us far enough.”

“Because natural law is often used from the eye of the beholder, if you will,” Whitaker said. “I’d like to see things like their world view. What informs them? How have they lived their life? Are they people of faith? Do they have a biblical view of justice? Which I think is very important.”

The event moderator, conservative blogger Erick Erickson, asked Whitaker whether he required a “Levitical or New Testament” view of justice. Whitaker opted for the New Testament.

Whitaker went on: “What I know is that as long as they have that worldview, that they’ll be a good judge. And if they have a secular worldview, that ‘this is all we have here on Earth’, then I’m going to be very concerned about how they judge.”

Even more importantly, Libs are trying to discredit him and destroy him. That means he’s dangerous to them. Even better....

He's 100% correct. American morals, values, and ethics are based on Christian beliefs. Our laws, rules, regulations, and codes were put in place to enforce these agreements among the People. If our judges don't believe in Christian teachings then they don't believe in our laws.

THAT'S WHY WE ARE NO LONGER A NATION OF LAWS. We are now a nation of feels.

No, he did not say that according to the article. He said:

quote:

said judges needed a ‘biblical view of justice’

That does not make one a Christian. It just makes one to have a referral to as far as having an opinion on justice.

frick you.

The 10 commandments are basically the definition of how to be a great person.

The world had turned on Christianity because of some individual priests, and the fact that gayness is frowned upon.

All of this, while PROMOTING the teachings of Islam.

WTF WTF WTF.

Line up the 10 commandments on one side of the paper, and then the "10 commandments equilivant" of Islam on the other.

Thou shall not kill ---------- If the infidel won't convert, kill them

Thou shall not covet thy neighbors wife --- If you do what we say there will be 72 little girl virgins waiting for you to rape for all eternity.

Thou shall not lie -------- Taquiyya - Lie to the infidel to trick them, and then murder them.

Yeah, how dare anyone aspire to Christian values.

I agree they should be Christian. At least they would have some kind of moral compass. You know a set of rights and wrongs based on respect for human dignity that guide the persons decisions. There was a time when most of the population identified themselves as Christian. They went to Church on Sunday, read the Bible and volunteered in their communities. Fathers were faithful to their wives and took great pride in providing for their families. Mothers pursued the noble and critical vocation as wives and mothers. Now folks throw away their marriages, children, babies like they throw away styrofoam cups. Disposable humanity I call it.

Now the traditional family is despised. So many young people (older ones as well) are bitter, angry. Politicians and the politicized media always attempting to assign fault for perceived economic and social injustice. You can achieve anything you want in this country, but so many prefer to assign blame. Politicians and con artist exploit racial, gender, and generational differences to divide people. Working together is a thing of the past. Now it's destroy them before they destroy you. We can't last like this. My poor granddchildren.

Dear Heavenly Father.....this is why you died on the Cross. Be merciful to us......be merciful to me.
