Look, maybe you’re right. But at face value, this seems like something that could easily land you on the wrong side. I wouldn’t be so quick to defend someone like Gaetz with these sort of accusations. At minimum he is a creep that enjoys the company of teenage women. Pretty gross.

The guy who cooked up the story was indicted for sex trafficking, has a history of false sex assault accusations, and has a rap sheet as long as your arm. He has traded leniency for "assisting" investigators in their efforts to verify his story, which is the only reason this is being investigated at all. The other guy who tried to extort millions from the Gaetz family based on these accusations, knew about them before they were ever made public, which is what tipped the Gaetz family off that they were being bribed. He was caught, destroyed evidence, and would eventually plead guilty to extortion. He too has a long history of criminal activity. Ultimately, the alleged victim admitted she wasnt underage.

There are a handful of the usual lib rag reporters still pretending this was a legitimate accusation that requires an endless, democrat lead investigation into, of course, everything Matt Gaetz ever did and said dating back to pre-school.
