If Gov Landry was smart he would offer a program for the homeless in Louisiana that we will offer them a ticket to Seattle, San Francisco, or Los Angeles and once they arrive in that city we will provide them with a $1000 relocation fee to start their new life.

Hard to feel sorry for any normalish people still hanging on in Seattle. I have some friends who left about 10 years ago, and they think they left 10 years too late.
