Is there a link to this, or do I have to join Twitter to find it?

The left should want this audit as much or more than the right so that way if nothing is found and a clean election they can really throw those results in the conservatives face and say I told you so. But that doesn't seem to be the case. Something scares them.

This smells like judge shopping. I suspect his former "extern" was paid a shite ton to enroll to get rid of this judge. (This is merely my suspicion....I don't know that to be true.) As for this judge, he had no choice, as I believe the law mandates recusal in this circumstance. If my suspicion is true, this would be dirty pool. If they could prove it, the extern would be disbarred. Now, they will randomly select another judge to take his place. If another conservative, then you might see yet another "former colleague" enroll....

It's all bs. The Left is all in on covering up the massive fraud; otherwise, they would ignore the audit.

Some 'intern' heard some gossip that the Judge said the 'n' word, or the 'c' word...or voted for Trump...or wanted to ask him/her 'out to dinner'. And said 'intern' is booked to go on Morning Joe.

Aside, did anybody post re the new Lindell Documentary; he was on OAN last night with some heavy stuff. Said it's going to the Supreme Court. That Guy is more hyper than me.

Yeah there's an endless supply of justifications and reasons to suspect the left of nefarious dealings, certainly involving this particular subject/matter.

All that said, there can't not (if I may) be a judge sitting for the matter. There will very quickly be another. I can't imagine this locale being much different than mine and most other court jurisdictions as it pertains to assignment of cases to judges: it's likely random allotment, although the method may differ from place to place. In my own jurisdiction the dpy clerk of court draws a tag out of a bag, blindly of course, to see whether it's A, B, or C division. Lol yep, mine is a rather small jurisdiction. We've got 3 judges.....Maricopa County has like 60. So after this judge, they have plenty others from which to draw. Again, randomly.

Pretty sure this was for the new cases which were filed today.

Wouldnt the attorney need to recuse themselves? If this is the way it works, wouldnt this play be used every time to get a preferential ruling judge?

Well now, isn't that reassuring. It kinda reminds of...IDK...an election? Are there observers for the big bag draw?

It’s sure to be the most fair and open random drawing ever.

Yeah, I am sure you guys would be thrilled if Joe Biden's biggest fan was running the audit, eh? Heck, you guys weren't satisfied when legit auditing firms ran the already completed audits.
