Did someone bring that lawyer in, to force Judge Coury out?

Looks like he recused immediately after he got a filing from so.eone who worked in his office. The filing came in only 2.5 hours ago.

You ok???

Can someone explain... is this a win or a loss for the good guys?

No it's not.

There was no trick. That's just in your mind.

I think it just means that probably none of the judges want to be involved in this (and the decisions they may be forced to make adverse to the woke left). Judge probably searched for any viable reason to recuse the very first day he drew the case but unfortunately for the rascal there was just nothing. Until this "intern" excuse revealed itself in a timely fashion. And a weak arse excuse it is. The way it described, this person could have been a research clerk to some other judge, probably never having come into direct contact with the judge here. If it was a closer connection within that office/department, this judge would have been giddy to include it in the order. But instead it's very, very vague. Lol
**So probably only a win for this judge, but neither here nor there for the good guys or bad guys. A new judge will simply assigned to the matter. Typically through random allotment.

Some dirty mother frickers , why recuse yourself? Rule in the matter brought to your courtroom . If the election was free and the “most secure election of our lifetime “ why fight tooth and nail to stop a basic audit that a state’s legislators requested on behalf of the people to the state ? If it in fact was free and fair let it play out , and rub it in the states face when the results show it was free and fair . It’s because they know it was not fair and they cheated their asses off !

Neither. Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Christopher Coury is the judge who ordered a TRO but the Dems had to pay 1 million, which they did not.
That case moved up and the AZ Justice ruled the audit can continue.
Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Christopher Coury saw a new filing had a person that worked in his office within the past 5 years and did the right thing and recused himself in accordance to the law.

Maybe some one wanted a different judge

Perhaps. Or perhaps:

It's all bs. The Left is all in on covering up the massive fraud; otherwise, they would ignore the audit.
Some 'intern' heard some gossip that the Judge said the 'n' word, or the 'c' word...or voted for Trump...or wanted to ask him/her 'out to dinner'. And said 'intern' is booked to go on Morning Joe.
Aside, did anybody post re the new Lindell Documentary; he was on OAN last night with some heavy stuff. Said it's going to the Supreme Court. That Guy is more hyper than me.
