What do “better candidates” look like to you? What names would you suggest being from the state?

Candidates that didn't upload selfies like this a few years ago -

Mark Kelly had the money to make sure every woman in Arizona saw these pictures weekly, along with video of Masters explaining that anyone that gets an abortion belongs in prison. And for the elderly, there was a steady stream of Masters promising to privatize social security.

Yeah, who really cares about any of that? There's bad video/quotes by everyone - but Kelly owned the airwaves here, and was able to shape a creepy perception of Masters with women.

In the primary, Masters beat a businessman that had made a lot of money in energy. He played football at Alabama. He talked a good game - was tough on the border, law and order, said all the right things about the Left and Biden. But Masters had Trump's backing and a lot of money from Peter Theil, and he was overwhelmed.

McSally had the personality of a Saltine. She was awful. Sinema had a bit of a track record in the AZ senate as a moderate, and she obviously has personality. That was McSally loss #1. When McSally lost to Kelly, she still had the personality of a Saltine, and had already been rejected by AZ voters only 2 years before in the race -v- Sinema.

Yes. I posted this earlier in this thread.

What you're leaving off is that Phoenix is a third of Maricopa county. Maricopa county is run by Republicans. 80% of the county board of supervisors, the people that run the county, are Republicans.

I said thousands of voters… but you knew that already. They have shared their experiences, reported to the authorities in Maricopa (yea, the ones who started a PAC to defeat Kari), made statements, shared videos, etc. Just admit that you think they’re lying.

I can only respond to what you post. If you're incapable of writing what you mean, that's on you. Not me. What you said was, "All those words and all you had to say is that you think thousands of citizens are lying, they went thru the trouble of making fake videos with actors telling them they needed to go to another precinct to vote or to just trust them and leave their ballots in box 3…."

quote:

es, you are choosing to believe the corrupt people in govt so until they admit they suppressed thousands of voters, you refuse to believe it.

You know this, in spite of the fact that you just read that the person I took that info from is Harmeet Dhillon, KL's attorney and frequent guest on Fox.

No. Only 50 of the 100. How many is enough?

1. It was ballot harvesting, which is legal in most states as long as it’s a a family member or a caregiver submitting the ballot.

2. was Hobbs legally ballot harvesting? That’s another issue.

3. Republicans need to start ballot harvesting. It’s legal in 49 states and only Alabama requires it to be the voter themselves to drop it off. Increase the ground game and tell McConnel to shove it

4. The fact that voters were either forced to wait for a machine to tabular their vote is another issue. How many left? How can you prove they left after seeing or waiting in line for so long? By no means is that okay. It discourages voting and in large part it was Republicans that left before casting their vote.

Roughly 17k voters were affected. Hobbs allegedly won by near that amount.

States should require all candidates running for office with an opponent, whether it local or federal, be required to debate no less than 2 times with a the last debate occurring before early voting begins

What’s the issue? Will it discourage some from running for office?

And? I want people that not only know how to be a snake oil salesman but have tact and ideas to follow through on.

Not Kaitie “runs in bathroom to hide from reporter” Hobbs or someone like Fetterman debating only once most early votes are cast.

You’re just intellectually dishonest. You know exactly I have been posting but want to argue and deflect. You know I have been saying that thousands of citizens were victims of voter suppression and instead of acknowledging this you keep demanding more proof. The fact of the matter is you don’t believe all these people who have come forward.

I wrote exactly what I meant NUMEROUS TIMES… But you ignore and cherry pick to avoid the facts.

For the sake of common sense here…. Even if you don’t want to believe it was fraudulent until the media tells you so…. Thousands of citizens were victims of voter suppression.

There’s thousands of people who have come forward with their stories of being denied this sacred right. I can’t help it if you refuse to believe them.

Just like I pointed out how you repeating Maricopa is ran by Republicans and completely omit the fact that these are Never Trump RINOs who literally formed a PAC to go after Kari Lake.

We get it… you don’t give a fk about citizens who were denied their fundamental right to elect their representatives bc they represent the MAGA/America First populist who are a threat to your GOPe never trump candidates.

Kari literally held a rally where she asked if there were any McCain republicans left and then promptly told them to Frick off, that she doesn't need them.

Well, it looks like they took note of her advice. They voted for the republicans who actually wanted their votes.

I've lived in Maricopa County since 1986. Trust me, Kari's remark about McCain earned her more support than it cost her. The McCain family is roundly loathed in AZ.

AZ is not going blue. Both state houses still have Republican majorities, and there's a 6-3 Republican advantage in the house congressional delegation.

Simply nominating unelectable Trump election conspiracy nuts for the state's highest offices does not turn a state blue.

Remove any political bias & consider this for every election.

If the widespread claims of voter fraud & illegal ballot harvesting are false, then why is our election system in certain areas of America IMPOSSIBLE to simply audit, validate & therefore disprove those making election integrity claims?

America has a real problem. How can we trust election “results” which cannot be validated?

voter suppression

This is so tiresome. Republicans, not just in Arizona, but nation-wide, refuse to vote at any time during the weeks of early voting, and then btic incessantly about not being able to vote, for whatever reason, on election day. In my own county, it was a shortage of paper ballots in numerous precincts "suppressing" the republican vote.

Republicans seem to get satisfaction in the victim role; it's gotten to be the New Normal in American politics.

Secondly, issues with voting lines and wait times happen in every single election in the country.

I don’t understand why this is the case. I have never waited more than 5 minutes in line to vote.

You're genuinely shocked the government can frick routine shite up? That a gov't bureaucrat might get toner setting wrong?

And that's it, summed up perfectly. We don't expect Gov to do the most basic things without screwing up.

I first voted for Reagan. Might have missed a total of one general election (Presidential & midterm) since.

In that time, I've voted in 2 states, multiple districts, and not ONCE has there been 'toner' issues, or any other widespread county wide mishaps as we just saw in AZ.

But keep dismissing and apologizing for this as "muh elections are hard" randomness.

You know it isn't. You just don't want to admit it.

Yes it does. It knows. It is trying to hide the voter fraud that it knows took place. It isn't stupid. It is just a person that supports cheating, killing innocent people and a whole host of other evil shite.
